What is broccolini?
Broccolini is a cross between broccoli and chinese broccoli. It’s milder in flavor and good raw or cooked.
How do I like it??
I steam with white wine for just a few minutes. I add raw garlic at the last minute to retain those nutrients. I drain, and then top with lemon zest, parmesan cheese, a squeeze of lemon, and salt and pepper.
