The internet is full of confusing nutrition info

It can be confusing trying to figure out what to eat for optimum health and I sure as heck am not gonna add to that confusion.

So I’m here to inspire you to do what is best for YOU while showing you what has worked for me. 

The MOST important thing, to me, is to eat an artificial-free diet; no additives, no hidden junk, no chemicals, minimally processed…you get the idea. I’m not a vegetarian, but I do focus mostly on plant-based foods. I eat real meat occasionally and do not support factory farming. Bottom line…I don’t diet, I just eat a variety of foods that have a global influence.
